Pacing the Cage is a hospitable group of folks that meet every Friday to discuss and respond to local mental health policy in Brighton & Hove.
We (with other local ’service users’), were instumental in writing and then presenting the local Day Services Review, and we now meet as a sub-committee of Consumer Consultancy. It is possible however that Consumer Consultancy and Pacing the Cage will act independently of each other from time to time.
We are interested in everyone’s perspective and input, whether they are a service user, carer or just a citizen of our city interested in mental health.
There are a number of ways that you can participate other than simply attending meetings.
You can comment or start a discussion directly on our comments page, call 01273 380551 for more information, come along to our drop-in on Sunday or email us directly (and confidentially) at: pacingdacage@googlemail.com
